Fantastic service. Had the glass replaced in an old sash window and the guys did a great job and offered some fantastic advice. Great customer service, price and easy to book online. Called around a few other glaziers in Hobart and no one else got back to us. Wouldn’t hesitate at all using City Glass again in the future. Thanks lads

My husband ordered a piece of fluted glass for a bathroom window. When he went to pick it up the glass was cut so that the fluted pattern went the wrong way. As the expert in this situation, you would expect this is the mistake of the business as they did not confirm the direction the glass should be. Despite this the only solution offered was to reorder and buy a new piece of glass. If you want the kind of customer service where due diligence is taken and where they hold themselves accountable, don't shop here.
