I had City Glass install a shower glass door for my home in 2008. They charged a fair price and got the installation done fast. Now in 2011, the glass doors are still holding up well, but the rubber strips began to come out. Noe, the owner came to my house and found that one of the metal pieces was cut too long so it was uneven, and that was the reason for the pieces coming out. I have used this company for over 25 years and I think they are great. They show up on time and always fix my broken windows fast and professionally. Great job Joe!
My husband and I ordered a glass for our front door, and it was cut unevenly all around and would not fit inside the door. So my husband went back to the store and one of the employees told him that he was going to get it fixed up for him and shattered the door. He never told us that there was a possibility of the glass shattering, and it did. Another employee told my husband not to worry and since it broke there at the store they would replace it and not to worry. We have called numerous times and no one returns the calls. ... read more
Very poor planning, follow up and customer service. I would stay away. They will not return to fix a faulty installation and the "lady" who answers the phone is RUDE.
i spoke with a one of the owners of this company about replacing all my windows in my house.After several empty promises he never even came by or followed up with me.talk about poor service.i would not use this company nor will i refer them to any one.did get all my windows replaced and refered 4 other people who also had all there windows replaced in there homes.dont waste your time with this company.
Apparently customer service is not this companys priority. The lady that answered the phone was okay with helping me until I mentioned their price for a plain bathroom mirror (no bevel, no frame) without installation was \$59 dollars more than the competition (and this was another local glass company, not a mega home store like Home Depot or Lowes).
