HORRIBLE customer service. I left so frustrated from just trying to pick up my order that I will never go back. I strongly encourage people to go somewhere their business is appreciated. This place isn't it.
Unbelievable rude. I'll never frequent this place again. The woman at the desk should not be allowed to represent this company. I was treated like nothing more than a huge nuisance. She was impatient, unkind, and crabby. I will drive right past this business and go all the way to Grand Rapids before I spend one cent here. Never again.
I have a small retail shop and we had a shop lifter break our front door glass trying to leave with merchandise. Not only did someone from the office show up to look at it, they boarded it up until a technician could come out and actually fix it. For as traumatizing as the experience was, it was nice to have someone show up and be very kind and understand! Thank You!
City Glass has a very nice showroom in Grand Haven. They sell shower units, mirrors and all types of flat glass. They give fast and friendly service.
