Told them I would be going out of town, they told me they would overnight my windshield. I had to keep calling to check on status. No one ever bothered to call and update me. Now going out of town so too late, it just conveniently came in now that I have to leave. If I was told first off that because of covid it probably wouldn't be overnight I would of gone elsewhere. I am more upset that no one called me to tell me it wouldn't be here in time, poor communication .

One of your drivers just pulled out in front of me on hwy 98 and Weathersby. I had to swerve into the other lane to not run into the back of him. When I passed him he proceeded to flip me the bird and I assume cuss at me because he was mouthing something. I will tell everyone about this experience and not use your company ever again. Also, there was no one behind me. As such, he could have waited to merge onto 98 safely.

first time they got wind shield sealant on my seat. second time they left a mess in side and out side. Third time went for wind shield repair and would have been better off to have bought a kit at the dollar general and done it my self.
