The keypad on my garage opener failed and I got a hold of Randy at City garage door. We schedule an appointment on the spot and he ended up contacting me 2 days early to see if I was available to have the work done sooner and I was, so he came out replace the keypad and was very clean and professional. Now I have a brand new keypad for my garage door opener and an awesome new contact for anytime I have issues or want to replace my garage door. Thank you so much you guys did great!
Great people, great service. The person who put me in touch with a technician was courteous and helpful. My technician was prompt to the appointment and took care of the problem quickly.
He did a great job. He was fast, clean and friendly. Communicated well, and did an all around great job! Would love to hire him back again.
Randy replaced broken springs on our garage door recently. He was professional and courteous. On his initial visit, he gave estimate, but needed a couple of days to get the replacement springs. In the meantime, he temporarily fixed the springs so that we can open/close the garage doors, which was very helpful. Thanks!
