Service writer was new but as in all a good experience
Fast and friendly service!
I came in and got a state inspection. The gentleman at the counter told me that he'd do my best to get me up in the line since I was going to sit and wait. Even though he said it would take an hour I probably only waited 35-40 minutes. Satisfied.

Very knowledgeable. Very prompt. Very quick. I'm very happy and I will use them again.
Pretty good but did not pay attention to detail, for instance TPS light was on and has been and made no offer to repair it. Don't feel bad however As I asked Discount tire to fix and they didnT fix it either. I had to remind service writer to do the tune-up as they forgot on a car that requires a tune-up at 100K. I will go back but realize now I have to be very specific on what I expect.
