Honestly best policy me
Possibly exra training for person doing the intake info. He seemed to have trouble finding me. Looked at insurance form & driver's license & tried to search by middle name or something. Possibly nervous so please don't give him a hard time. I want it easier for him not harder. I would rather have info annonymous. I will not fill out more forms unless it is really bad service
Prompt and courteous. Very good customer service also.
My battery was bad one I needed was not in stock they ordered battery. They then installed another battery until mine came in so I would not get stranded. This is what I called customer service and going above and beyond to care for their customers.
We would follow our wonderful mechanic anywhere!
You can get car inspection for $20.50 total if you search online for and print out and give them $5 off coupon.
The wait was not long at all. Everyone was very nice.
I did not have to wait long. The service was very friendly.
