I happened to pull into their shop and Miguel and Jacob were there and changed my flat for me no charge! Very nice and honest people
Called Friday, 3/20/26 at 4:00pm and spoked to Jacob, the Shop Manager. I explained my Granddaughter’s car’s AC was blowing warm air and she had to drive back to college in Sherman, TX Sunday. Given the circumstance, Jacob went above and beyond and said he would fit me in Saturday morning. He refilled the refrigerant and my Granddaughter drove back to school with cold AC! Pays attention to my needs. Does not suggest unnecessary repairs. Will recommend others rather than try to get by with what they are not good at.
This is my favorite mechanic in Edmond. Always fair and honest and can take care of pretty much everything on my vehicles. They’re great with scheduling too. Highly recommend.
This place does excellent work, they are excellent at identifying the problem and implementing the appropriate correct solution. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Jacob is a very pleasant, polite and informative individual and a great communicator. The prices are reasonable and the service time is always opportune, prompt, punctual and expedient. I highly recommend this shop for all repairs one might be in need to have a professional perform.
