I took my car in to get the wheels balanced today, due to a terrible shake at the steering wheel from 40 miles per hour up, once I got my car back it felt so good ! Quick and efficient work and I'm very satisfied, they also notified me of some future work that needs to be done overall I am a very satisfied customer.
I’ve finally found a fair, trusted shop that I can rely on. Their professionalism and how they approached their job is unmatched. Any issues they needed to bring to my attention was accompanied by the worn down part to show me what they were talking about and an explanation of how it happened/how they plan to fix it. They kept me well informed through the whole process and their prices are incredibly reasonable. It’s safe to say that they blew my expectations out of the water.
Photos tells the story. This was horrible. I went to this shop for a simple flat tire fix. There was only a black guy working (skin color is not important but I don't know his name so should identify him somehow), and at first he was very attentive. He took a little long to do the repair, but I thought that probably he was busy working by himself. Charged my husband $140 to diagnose my vehicle. Estimate was $3500 for issues including with air compressor. Mobile mechanic came and fixed the issue for $200. Air blows ice cold now lol **EDIT - My husband will gladly try calling again to get in touch with someone regarding the outrageously incorrect diagnosis and charge.
