I lived at City Gables for over 6 years and have nothing but good things to say about Jodi and the team there! I had no issues living at the apartment ever and had to move only to being closer to my new job. Jodi and the team always went above and beyond to help address any questions! I never had any noise complaints or issues in my apartment. The apartments are great! Very depressing, worst managment i have ever seen. So many emails bothered that i park a different car everytime, its my form of transportation and income i buy and sell cars, did not even send me a bill when i moved out for damages they actually hired a collection service agency to collect the money 🤣🤣 i mean go look at all the reviews they have 🤣😭
Reviewing just the tour I was given. Arrived a little early (maybe 15 minutes before) and couldn't get in the front door, so a woman (the manager? potentially?) came and asked what I was there for. Introduced myself and said I had a tour scheduled, to which she said she didn't have a tour under that name (without checking) and seemed to want me to leave. This place is okay but the management is so arrogant. I never got any email or phone reply when I first contacted them in 2018. And 4 years later, I decided to try again, and experienced the same exact thing in 2022. But a few days later, I saw an opening online and received an auto-reply saying it is available. I paid the application fee immediately to lock my spot. The available unit was taken off from the website the next day, I thought I got it, but I never heard back from them and my money was just wasted!!! That is not... read more
