I lived at City Gables for over 6 years and have nothing but good things to say about Jodi and the team there! I had no issues living at the apartment ever and had to move only to being closer to my new job. Jodi and the team always went above and beyond to help address any questions! I never had any noise complaints or issues in my apartment. The apartments are great! Very depressing, worst managment i have ever seen. So many emails bothered that i park a different car everytime, its my form of transportation and income i buy and sell cars, did not even send me a bill when i moved out for damages they actually hired a collection service agency to collect the money 🤣🤣 i mean go look at all the reviews they have 🤣😭
Reviewing just the tour I was given. Arrived a little early (maybe 15 minutes before) and couldn't get in the front door, so a woman (the manager? potentially?) came and asked what I was there for. Introduced myself and said I had a tour scheduled, to which she said she didn't have a tour under that name (without checking) and seemed to want me to leave.
