I really enjoy being at City Gables. I’ve lived here almost two years with no issues whatsoever. The management team is compassionate and professional. All the residents are friendly and look out for each other, it truly feels like a community. Jody, the GM, really cares for the residents and is very committed to her job. Overall, I’d highly recommend living here.
Management is slow to respond to maintenance requests and is not proactive about site security.
I lived at City Gables for over 6 years and have nothing but good things to say about Jodi and the team there! I had no issues living at the apartment ever and had to move only to being closer to my new job. Jodi and the team always went above and beyond to help address any questions! I never had any noise complaints or issues in my apartment. The apartments are great! Very depressing, worst managment i have ever seen. So many emails bothered that i park a different car everytime, its my form of transportation and income i buy and sell cars, did not even send me a bill when i moved out for damages they actually hired a collection service agency to collect the money 🤣🤣 i mean go look at all the reviews they have 🤣😭
