I bought the Sentinel leather couch in white and I absolutely love it. MY couch was delivered during COVID-19 and the delivery men had on their mask, they were polite and quick. I will be buying more item from City furniture.

You guys refuse to stand by your products and tell the customers to piss off. After delivering a defective and potentially dangerous bed, you guys refuse to refund and take it back after 5 times of coming out to "fix" it making it worse each time. I have filed complaints to the BBB and the Florida attorney general. I hope you guys go out of business and stop screwing people!
