Initially we purchased a lot of furniture thru the Hollywood, Fl store. the salesperson assured us all pieces would be delivered and followed up with the backorder piece showing us a delivery date. We waited and waited then reached out to Cusomter service and they said the piece was no longer available. So we went to the Federal hwy. Ft. Lauderdale store and purchased over $5000.00 of a different style furniture. The salesperson order several of the pieces from another model which upon delivery we noticed. Had to re-order. Horrible service!! Very disorganized! They keep passing the buck and no one gets anything done! Never recommend!!!!!
zero stars is more like it. These people are the definition of INCOMPETENT. They have changed my delivery 3 times. So now I have to wait until APRIL. meanwhile I'm sleeping on floor until I receive my bedroom set. Which by the way I already paid for in full. They lack the skills and knowledge to do a simple job of delivering furniture to a satisfactory standard. 3 times they have changed my delivery date! Every time a different excuse.
