I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. The cashier did not greet me at all. When I said, “Hi, I have a question,” she completely ignored me. She was also arguing with her coworkers in front of customers about who was the boss, which was very unprofessional. Later, another person came in and aggressively told the cashier behind her, “bring me a hot chocolate, and if Hot today is your last day here.” The whole situation was uncomfortable and disrespectful.
