Bought a new Ranger from Haris recently and the whole experience was excellent — straightforward, no pressure, and he made sure everything was sorted from start to finish. The service department have been consistently helpful too, every time I've come in. Highly recommend.
I purchased and have had the first service completed for a mustang at City Ford Sydney. I experienced more negatives than positives with the level of service provided. 1. Nobody uses their name? When the phone is answered, it is City Ford, When someone calls me or sends a message, it is City Ford calling. I found Linda at the service desk to be a lovley honest person and the young fella that took all me details taking my car and providing my loan car was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, was nice to have someone accept that i did not want the extra service options with out trying to force them onto me, pleasure to do buisness with the team at Melrose Park. Also very nice when you pick your car up and it has been washed for you, ok their washing skills might need a bit more work but its still nice that they try.

I just picked up my new 2026 Ford Everest Sport from City Ford Sydney and the experience was 10/10. From the moment I met Losa, I knew I was in good hands and that I wanted to buy a car from her. She truly went above and beyond to make the whole process great—she’s professional, warm, and made everything seamless. Honestly, she was so amazing I’d buy another car from her right now if fuel prices weren't so crazy! If you're going to City Ford, definitely ask for Losa.
