If I could give a zero star review I would. When I purchased my vehicle, the technician backed it into a pole. I left my newly purchased vehicle at the dealership for four days to be fixed. I think a four day repair time for a chip and dent is ridiculous when (hopefully) trying to make a great impression on a new customer. Recently a friend was charged $1,200+ and had to leave their vehicle overnight on five separate occasions for the installation of auto start.
