Very impressed with the team at City Ford! They were transparent about pricing, really attentive, and made the whole process of getting my new ride totally hassle-free. Kylee was great and got me a fantastic deal on a Bronco Sport! Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a car!
I've had lots of experiences with auto service companies. I'd rank City Ford as 1st in customer service for a few reasons: 1. They've had a habit of talking me out of unnecessary repairs. Me: "I think I should do .... repair" Them:"It's performing properly. Don't waste your money." That definitely inspires trust. 2. Always straightforward about time. If they're busy and it'll be a bit, they tell you the truth. 3. Their labor rate and parts costs are reasonable. 4. You can't beat Fords warranty. You can feel safe coming here.
I was told by a co-worker how great this place was to deal with. Found a vehicle for my wife we wanted to check out. Joe was amazing to work with as pur sales guy. Manger was also great. Will DEFINITELY give them first shot and putting me in a new vehicle again and I'd recommend you giving them a look also
