There was a family funeral, and due to unfortunate circumstances I did not learn about it until the night before the service. I contacted Paul at Hemet Florist (City Florist & Gifts). I discussed very specific details of an arrangement I wanted delivered to the service on the same day, nonetheless with a detailed letter. DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Feb 14, 2012 I placed an out of town order of some flowers to my mother in good faith for Valentines Day. This shop misspelled the last name to whom the flowers should be delivered to, so upon their driver going out there and trying to deliver the flowers nobody existed by that last name. Wow!! amazing customer service and delivery – These guys have mastered the service and quality aspect of this business. Not only they answere early but delivered same day by noon to my mom. In addition, they gave me a FREE balloon offer for next order for Valentines day. Impressive.
best florist around. . . just like the title. but seriously this place is great. i ordered flowers for my wife and they were great. the flowers were in great condition. my wife loved them. i have been buying flowers from them ever since and their quality has not faltered.
I placed order for my wife from overseas via their website. They immediately emailed me regarding some issues and delivered on time. After delivery sent me a confirmation email. Nobody has ever done that in my 20 years of ordering flowers. Also, the flowers lasted full week.
