Love the amenities, very good looking places.
They charge for work orders. AND THEY DON'T TELL YOU IN ADVANCE HOW MUCH IT WILL COST. There is between $30-40 every month in undisclosed, weirdly named fees. "service fee" "processing fee"... there are countless fees just to pay your rent. Office communicators are extremely rude and unhelpful. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE.
Zach is very nice and professional! He helps us to solve the kitchen blender problem in a very short time!
