My property manager met the technician at my rental property in Mission Viejo to assess a nonworking doorbell. We suspected a bad transformer, about a $15 part. The technician acted confused and kept saying there were loose and missing wires, which are not covered by my home warranty. the technician then sent me a text that it would be $375 for him to investigate the wiring and try to determine how to fix the doorbell. Horrible company. Home warranty sent them out to review why outlets weren't working. The technician determined it was a short, but then told home warranty it was because of damage we did for some reason? We did nothing of the sort, I have no idea why the technician said this. Honestly I think they were just being lazy and didn't want to do the work.
I got them assigned from my AHS to fix my circuit breaker tripping when AC is running. They gave me an appt after 3 days. I requested for an early appt for which they agreed to call me next day. Surprisingly nobody calls and when i called them back on my appt day to confirm timing, they didn't have anything on calendar. Now they ask me to wait another 4 days because somehow it was my fault to request an early appointment since they are too busy.
