After arriving at thier shop I was greeted by AJ, who offered to go get the Jaguar I was looking at from storage lot. I really appreciated it. The cars on their lot were all desirable makes and models. They have clean cars. Looking forward to making an offer!
I purchased a car back on 2023, never got my license plate or registration. They said that it was lost in the mail and couldn’t do anything and I have to pay out of pocket for something that they were responsible of doing. Never got any help! Shame on this dealership, I wish I received the help.
This was my very first time financing a vehicle. It was stressful, it was a process. Although I will have to admit those men , AJ especially got me in the car I wanted . Background wasn’t that great but they looked past that and really worked with me ! Very great for them! Thank you CITY FINE CARS!
Very poor customer service by Bryan not a good person to have at the phone. Just a heads up before you go there ask for Micheal grate to talk to and clear makes you feel like a valued customer
