Absolutely ridiculous experience with City Fine Cars. They ran my credit, approved me, quoted me payments and down payment terms, and repeatedly asked when I would be coming in to pick up the car. I made it very clear that I was a serious buyer, had my insurance lined up, and was waiting for my funds to hit so I could finalize the deal. I just bought my first high end car from City Fine Cars not thinking I would get financed. But the staff was incredible, polite,and my experience with Ross was nothing less than exemplary. He went out of his way to make me feel like you would if you were at a Mercedes or Lexus dealership. Like a client not like just another sale. He assured me he would be with me before during and after the sale. City Fine Cars has earned my business for life.
First of all let me start by saying i was in the car business back in the early 2000’s back when a 523 Fico score could get approved with no issues. We all know those days came and left. Nowadays dealerships will turn you away if you’re score isn’t above 640 it seems and you have to jump thru hoops to get approved if you’re score isn’t even get approved.
