I am constantly getting a $25 overdraft fee when there’s money in both my checking and savings. I don’t know if they do that to keep the doors open or what. Anytime I go in there or call there’s always completely new people that don’t seem to know what’s going on. What worked yesterday won’t work today because the person who did it yesterday isn’t there and they only train one person to do a job before they leave after a couple weeks. I have banked with City Federal for 20+ years the service I receive has always been exceptional! Most recently I have dealt with Denise on a car loan and a personal loan! Let me just say she was professional and got these loans squared away quickly! City Federal always takes care of their customers and I just wanted to brag on them and Denise!
