This bank has so many issues. I been a member since 2017.. there have been countless mistakes in my banking made by them, reports of late loan payments even though the loan payments come directly out of my check, which has affected my credit score. Now with the bank being down for almost a week with absolutely no communication, or the communication that I get was misleading or false.. I will be switching my bank on Monday.. but do not recommend since also they have just done a giant merger with an out-of-state bank
Ok , I've never had issues before , but since Monday September 15 2026 , I've had no way to pay my bills , as the server is down and the patrons have no way of getting our money , I was able yesterday to get a max of $300 ,this isn't satisfactory....
I am constantly getting a $25 overdraft fee when there’s money in both my checking and savings. I don’t know if they do that to keep the doors open or what. Anytime I go in there or call there’s always completely new people that don’t seem to know what’s going on. What worked yesterday won’t work today because the person who did it yesterday isn’t there and they only train one person to do a job before they leave after a couple weeks.
