Just inquiring about the city's credit union. Was wanting to open an account and do some banking there to improve my credit score. But after reading the reviews, it seems customers service is not at the expectations they should be. Fix the problem, it's an easy fix, fire your manager. Get one that knows how to treat customers. I can bet you that your manager is some who's been there for over 20yrs and is no longer qualified for the job they hold in this era, change is good. Came to deposit some money so I can pay some important things off and it won’t open the envelope part so I can get my money if my account and it has been a reoccurring problem
15 years for me and 30 for my wife. Sad that I filled out and slip only to get told I couldn't make my deposit because they are closed. I needed to pay my mortgage. Oh well get treated better at a different CU. I'm done. Thanks for nothing City FCU.
What ever happened to customer service??? Been banking here for 35yrs and this last 4 years have gone to crap! I pull up to drive through and pushed button send my slip. Waited 10 minutes. My money came out and never heard a "have a good day " or hello or anything . Wait time was like waiting at dr office. I'm moving to ACfCU ! This is sad.
My account balance said that I had $400 available to me. So I went ahead and paid my electric bill of $125. The following day I got hit with a $25 NSF fee. So I reached out to the bank asking them what happened and they said because the money wasn’t there they opted not to pay my electric bill. After arguing with the lady over the phone, she still refused to give me a logical explanation on why my electric bill had not been paid.
