Receptionist who answers the phone doesn’t listen and talks over you… I’m surprised people can get an appointment in! She needs a new job and stop scaring people away!
Cannot speak highly enough of City Family Practice. Reception staff are lovely, doctors are experienced, patient and professional. The doctors are down to earth people who actually listen to you.
Dr Peter Ragg is a wonderful Doctor, both professional & caring, he has been my doctor for many years. Doctor Wright is also a great doctor. The reception staff are brilliant. The best GP practice in Canberra, I could not recommend them more highly
