Despite the other glowing reviews: Dr Wright provides shockingly poor treatment, likely because he struggles to even read or use his computer himself and is exhausted by end of each day. The reception staff here though are the worst. They deliberately lie to patients about their legal right to access their own medical data. Receptionist who answers the phone doesn’t listen and talks over you… I’m surprised people can get an appointment in! She needs a new job and stop scaring people away!
Cannot speak highly enough of City Family Practice. Reception staff are lovely, doctors are experienced, patient and professional. The doctors are down to earth people who actually listen to you.
