I was a patient here about two years ago and returned because I had a bad experience at another dental office. I came in for an exam so I could have my treatment done here, even though I had already received my cleaning elsewhere. Unfortunately, the receptionist, Josephine, was rude and questioned why I was “switching back and forth” between offices. My son had an appointment and the dentist was really rushing. Didn’t give time for the numbing medicine to kick in before he started drilling in my son’s teeth. Didn’t listen to my son as he expressed pain multiple times. All around horrible experience
I always love coming here. Dentist can be very scary, but all the staff are always friendly, understanding and nice. Wait is never long as well. I recommend this place to anyone.
Please don’t trust what they tell you when you’re making your appointment. When you get there, they will change their mind and make you come back later after they told you to come in the first time.
