I found the optician to be dishonest. I opted for a “booster” on the lenses with the standard promise that they would replace them if they didn’t work for me. When they didn’t (first time for me), I was told they could update the prescription (make them stronger overall), but the booster would still be there. This was not clearly communicated upfront. The replacement lenses didn’t work for me either, so I ultimately cut my losses and won’t be returning.

Staff is very efficient and courteous. Dr. Lee explains the procedures clearly and address all concerns. She really cares.

Friendly optometrists, poor front desk/service experience. The optometrist i had was great, friendly, and very professional. The reason for my three stars is its been an uphill battle to simply order sunglasses. I've been in person once to look at frames, i was told i could call in to place an order for sunglasses once i knew the sunglass model, frame color, etc. I called in nine days ago and spoke to a gentleman who immediately thought I was calling about reordering my reading glasses.
