Dr. Szeto was so helpful, efficient, and kind. They were able to fit me into their schedule day-of for a vision issue. They solved it quickly, offering immediate relief and long + short term solutions. This is my second time going to City Eyeworks, and I would highly recommend them.

They are amazing, my doctor really seems to care about helping me see things, and gets so excited talking about glasses. Front desk staff also fantastic, I moved countries so I was no longer a client, but twice I called with requests about my old (difficult) prescription and they helped me immediately. Very efficient and accessible record keeping. Definitely 5 stars.

Very disappointed with the lack of transparency around their billing. I booked a regular contact lens fitting, but the service was processed as a premium fitting without any clear explanation or notice beforehand. The difference in cost was only apparent afterward when reviewing the insurance statement. Customers should be clearly informed when a service is being classified differently and will result in a higher out-of-pocket cost.
