Sonia and Dom were very patient and kind in explaining what I needed. Excellent customer service, very clear and polite.
Dr. Ryan Schultz is absolutely amazing! I was with him for less than 20 min and he came up with so many ideas to fix my migraines, dry eyes, astigmatism, and more. He is the best and so personable. Front desk staff were lovely as well. Definitely recommend 10/10!!!
Disappointing experience and won't return - I was asked to pay for a mandatory retinal scan that was not disclosed when booking. The contact lens process was disorganized, including multiple prescription errors (a toric lens for an eye without astigmatism and then vice versa, a normal lens for my astigmatic eye!), a mismatch with my requested lens type, no offer to order out of stock lenses for me to trial, and multiple prescription denials when ordering contacts that each took several days to resolve.
I had absolutely no idea what GREAT Optometrist they have at this office!!! I was educated and informed about things going on in my eye that no one ever told me before.. My doctor who examined me was a professor and was I lucky to find him!!. I was fitted with contacts that help me see like never before!!! Highly recommend this office inside the Lincoln Park Costco!!!
