The doctor is great! However the staff is not trained to provide customer service, the old asian guy in the front desk is so rude. First he couldn’t find my insurance information and then he said I cannot get a eye exam until 01/01/20 when I haven’t gotten a eye exam this year. Then another lady found out that I can get the exam for a $10 copay. I get the eye exam and the rude guy tell me to pay for the copay, when I take hsa card out, he made so rude noise and ask me to pay cash. I don’t mind paying cash but you have a sigh... read more
