I have used City Express Travel for two mission trips that I led. Most recently, as we were on our way back to the US from Madrid, Spain, our flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues. We just wanted to get home! I didn't know what to do, as American Airlines was not offering us options for rebooking. So I called City Express, and every time I called, a person answered. I can not express how good this travel agency is. They did an exceptional job at getting us from NC to several locations in Africa. They did it with joy and you could tell they were happy to assist us. We even had 2 canceled flights in which we got resolved the day before they were supposed to happen. What a relief.
