Update to my earlier review. City Express Travel was able to retrieve our refunds from Qatar. I was unaware of the process it takes to get refunds, especially from airlines outside of the US. Thanks to Tim and Andy for explaining everything and I am very pleased with the results. I will use City Express Travel again in the future.
Our church had purchased tickets to Kenya through City Express Travel and were pleased with the service until the trip was cancelled due to Qatar airspace closing due to the Iran conflict The airlines approved refunds, but since we purchased through an agency, the agency had to request a refund.
