CECU The worst 😫. I went 3 times got the worst service, treated like I was not welcomed and other people in the area said they had the same experiance at the Fountain City location just making deposits. They assume account to put deposits in they dont listen. I was making a deposit into my checking with a check from work . I said i want to deposit a check she said its from out of state am i right i said no its local. I said I want to put it into checking . Excellent customer service
Laura Wright at CECU Fountain City was exceptional! I filled out an application for an auto loan, she quickly emailed me with a couple questions to get the application processed, and it was done! She was so very prompt with answering "ALL" of my "MANY" questions each and every one! She was very informative, kind, funny, and very professional. The process Laura took us through was so fast and efficient. We would not hesitate at all to go back for additional business through Laura. She was absolutely amazing!
Unbelievably bad customer service. Avoid at all cost. So rude and ghetto to customers. Attitude from employee and manager for no reason.
