Very professional, well stocked. I have yet to walk away without the items I need.
Came in on a Saturday an hour before closing with a small list of items I needed. Two employees were there as well as a couple other customers. The employees were friendly and helpful to all of us.
Holy Crap This Place Has The Worst Customer Service. I stopped in the other day to inquire about setting up 3 phase power in my garage work shop for a new piece of equipment. Instead of getting information and some pricing, maybe ordering some parts...I got yelled at that it would be cheaper to switch out the motor in my lathe with single phase power. 3 times this old man yelled it at me from across the room.
