Came in on a Saturday an hour before closing with a small list of items I needed. Two employees were there as well as a couple other customers. The employees were friendly and helpful to all of us.
Holy Crap This Place Has The Worst Customer Service. I stopped in the other day to inquire about setting up 3 phase power in my garage work shop for a new piece of equipment. Instead of getting information and some pricing, maybe ordering some parts...I got yelled at that it would be cheaper to switch out the motor in my lathe with single phase power. 3 times this old man yelled it at me from across the room. Terrible customer service. RUDE
Tried to order 4 8-foot fluorescent tubes. After the 5th week of calling and hearing they haven't ordered them, they haven't come in and a list of other excuses I decided it best to move on. Just slack management and slack employees. Status quo for this time we live in now
Great place to get what you need because the big box stores only have enough electric stuff to get you in trouble. Guys are very knowledgeable.
