Poor customer service. Businesses spend a ton of money here you should cater to anyone coming into your premises to purchase anything. Getting annoyed for adding stuff to our order is ridiculous. Do better if not close up and go into an introverted business. Brian needs customer service skills or anyone at a front desk. These guys act like we are bothering them by walking in through their doors.
Not friendly to the public. If ur a DIY and you need something unique don't see this company. Buy local means nothing to them
Terrible front desk customer service. Called and talked to sane guy twice. Asked him countless times to make sure the Siemens breaker is the one they have in stock before I drove out of my way to his store. Than when I get there and he brings out the wrong one not even an apology. The city up north Orlando is ten times better help than this. Also I walked in and there was no customer service help up front. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to come help. I was the only person in the store
Absolute best in the game. This location sets the bar. In my time in the trades, have visited very few locations that I would take the time to write a review about. You can tell the leadership in this store is spot on. Everyone in here always manages to go above and beyond with providing the absolute best in customer service. To Rob and his team, you guys keep up the amazing work, very much appreciated!
