I wish there was a negative star. Zero customer service, I called in with a full description for an item that I needed, and the guy confirmed that he had it. My friend drove for half an hour, and then he told me I don't have it with an attitude. I tried to call him again, and he literally said I don't have it. Have a good day, and he He hanged up on me. We didn’t purchase anything from the store but I would like to share a great service from the people who works there. We’ve been walking from the liberty state park port after we did a Statue of Liberty tour. There were no taxi around the area and our phones doesn’t have any signal. We have approached a lot of people along the way asking for directions on how we can go back to the cruise port but nobody bothered to help us until we approached two guys from this store.
