Best electrical supply store in Vegas ! Shoutout to Danny and John in the front lobby always holding it down.
Poor customer service. Reviews are very accurate. Tool warranty took several months. Every time I asked about it, they came up with a new story and blamed the manufacturer. Met with the sales rep for the manufacturer by accident and he was completely unaware of a warranty claim. They never even tried to process it. If this place didn't want to do the warranty, they should've just said no.
We would like to shout out to CES for always taking care of us and our needs here at Callidus! The staff here are great, including Danny, Kevin & Ladd. They always have what we need when we need it, they are knowledgeable when it comes to anything I ask. We appreciate the time they dedicate to us especially in time crunches sometimes. Thank you CES staff for helping us out!
