Seriously gone downhill. One guy doing all the work while 3 or 4 others sit and do nothing. Atmosphere is chaos! Communication poor. Ordered items constantly lost or never received at all.

This used to be a great place. Now, not so much. Now when I go in; It’s very stressful, overwhelming and chaotic in there. You used to have someone at the counter that would only focus on the walk-in customers like me, now theres not one. I’ve talked to several electricians about the issues and they feel the same as I do and more so because they are not getting the the focus and time they also need and then their orders get messed-up or haven’t been ordered.
