My ecobee system has been indicating clean air since John and his technician attended my property to clean the air ducts. Absolutely worth the money. They were fast, friendly, and effective. Good value for the service.

My builder had used City Duct Cleaners after they completed construction so it was the obvious choice (given there seems to be many "untrustworthy" providers out there) and this was my first house that I have owned. That said, I had no idea how good they would be and very difficult to do research on "Who is good?" As I have nothing to compare with all I can say is that all seemed very proper. The crew was punctual. The two technicians were polite and easy to work with. The only thing surprised me was when I booked the duct cleaning service, the lady told me that a tool called spider would be used. However, the technician said they didn't use the spider, but high pressure air. Eventually, I phoned the company and the company owner, John, explained to me that they don't use spider in residential properties and high pressure air is enough.
