My ecobee system has been indicating clean air since John and his technician attended my property to clean the air ducts. Absolutely worth the money. They were fast, friendly, and effective. Good value for the service.
My builder had used City Duct Cleaners after they completed construction so it was the obvious choice (given there seems to be many "untrustworthy" providers out there) and this was my first house that I have owned. The crew was punctual. The two technicians were polite and easy to work with. Had my dryer vent cleaned Oct 26. Very professional job and very good and explaining what I was getting done. I’m a newbie when it comes to this type of home maintenance, and I was never judged through the whole process. I recommend this company and will have no problem calling them again in the future. Very honest work.
John was absolutely amazing in setting the schedule and sending a reasonable quote. The duct cleaning technicians: Nick and Robbie, were efficient and effective in getting the job done. This company is very professional, prompt, and gets the job done. Thank you City Duct Cleaning, your company will be added to our list of contractors. You dealt with all seven properties with care and ease! That gave me great peace of mind.
