Excelente Dr. Melendez
I've been dealing with hair loss for 4 years. The N.P. I saw told me extremely basic things and did not listen to what I had to say. Like she kept recommending iron while I told her twice I had taken iron pills in the past with no change. Did not order any tests, wanted me to somehow get my bloodwork done on my own and sent something not covered by my insurance to their own private pharmacy. Entirely useless waste of time
Fortunately for me, at the hour I went, it was not packed with people so I found my first time experience there to be very easy and fast. The staff was friendly, and Dr. Mike was thorough and informative. I suspect my follow up will be no different 👍🏽
