Change that receptionist you will get more clients she is so rude on phone am a dental nurse myself I have never heard someone so rude on phone like that girl . Called to book an appointment she told me off after barking at me so mean I can't recommend it to anyone😡
Dr. Nancy - obviously one of the best dentist i have been. She was too good with my 4 yr. old too.

Very rude. No patience. While i was calling and asking to have an appointment. I was speaking to a girl and i couldnt really hear her voice so "i keep saying sorry what ist again?" And suddenly she wisper "OH MY GOD"
