I had an issue with my orthodontic wire on December 24th, and this dental clinic was absolutely amazing. Not only were they open on Christmas Eve, but they also managed to fit me in on the same day. The dentist even came in earlier just for me. The entire team—the receptionist, the assistant, and the dentist—was incredibly kind and welcoming. Great experience, great staff, nice and respectful, I highly recommend City Dental King West to get all of your Dental needs
After going in for a simple cavity filling, they gave me nerve damage on my tooth, to which they said the solution was a crown which cost $2k+. You should see how much their faces light up when they say you have insurance. In the past, they’ve charged me 30 mins scaling for a simple 30 sec tutorial on toothbrushing. They told me a certain type of x-ray wasn’t needed until they found out I had insurance. Bunch of scam artists, this location and all other City Dentals.
Wonderful and informative staff, and very transparent service. I’m happy to have found a dentist so close to home.
