I had a very disappointing experience with Bloor Dental Clinic — after they moved to their new location. I initially contacted the clinic to request a treatment quote and clearly informed them that I had dental insurance through my employer. Despite several follow-ups, the communication was extremely slow and unclear. When I asked which tooth needed treatment and requested supporting information, the responses were vague or delayed. Changing my review to 1 star. Front desk staff was rude and condescending. Won't be going back.
I've been visiting this dental office for the past 1.5 years and have consistently had good experiences. My most recent visits have been especially positive.
Extremely kind staff, clean environment and tv is a plus. Highly recommend this dentist :)
Wonderful staff and hygienic setting, it makes you feel comfortable in such a welcoming space.
