I am a retired dentist. I’m impressed both by the courteous staff and Dr Bajuszak’s excellent restorative treatment. The treatment involved complex implant and crown and bridge restoration, and Dr Bajuscak made it look easy, and painless.
The whole staff is friendly and helpful. Arianna, who worked on my dental cleaning is knowledgeable and very caring. Dr. Zhao is caring and helpful. I always look forward to my dental visits to City Dental !
I had a very negative experience with Dr. Bajuscak today. Beware! Two stars, instead of one, only because his recent staff have been courteous and helpful and I thought he was okay before this. Dr. Bajuscak, however, refused to treat me over a disagreement we had which I calmly attempted to work out with him. I was in Portland for a business conference and had an urgent dental issues crop up. Dr Calcagno and her staff were terrific. Professional, courteous and caring. They were able to accommodate me within the hour and corrected my issue right away so I could get back to the meeting. Thanks again.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Calcagno's dental practice. I have been a patient for over ten years, and have consistently received professional and courteous service for all my dental needs. Visiting the dentist is not always "fun", but Dr. Calcagno and her staff make it as positive an experience as possible.
I have been going to City Dental for at over 27 years. I have always felt a warm welcome by the office staff and received prompt & conscientious service with emphasis on quality and comfort. I don't enjoy the dental experience (the sound, smell & taste get to me) but wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They are the best!
Jason Bajuscak is the new dentist. He seems great. Since he is younger than me, I told him he can't retire. He will be my dentist for life. The awesome staff remain.
I have been going to this dental office forever. Very efficient, welcoming and conscientious. I met the new dentist, as Dr. Calcagno has retired, and he seems to be carrying on the personal touch as well as careful service. I highly recommend them.
