Courtney did an amazing job on my hair, got it cut and bleached and it looks exactly like I wanted
Poor service and bad attitudes. I asked for layers and it looked so choppy and was a rushed job. The review would be different if the employees were constantly nice, but there is always someone who is rude and not giving the customer full attention and effort into the job.

Normally I’m very happy with the work they do. But I went get my hair cut and I ask for it to be touching my shoulders and I left “happy” calling my husband crying still crying bc she cut it to where my neck starts.. no one close to my shoulders. Now I have no way to fix it. I ask I like when I put it up that it won’t touch my neck and now I can’t even put it up. I’m so depressed and can’t stop crying.
