I don’t know what this lady’s name is but I will say this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this hair salon. My husband and I go here occasionally to get his hair cut and up until today we have had no problems. Idk if she was having a bad day or what but when he walked out, his hair was uneven, not smooth, he had red looking cuts on his forehead, and she cut his hair way beyond shorter than he asked for. She was very aggressive with his head and basically guilted him into tipping her after how bad his hair look... read more

I like Leslie last lady took 1 hour and 40 min to trim my ends. Sweet but took one strand a min to comb and snip was late for dental but charged $48 just to trim ends 1 lather shampoo and I have chin length hair. Can’t afford a tip that way. Kent’s and others 35$. To expensive for me and I’m a retired stylist. But this is not top of the line stylist and prices are like Atlanta. I want ever go back

I could just cry. After this haircut, I look like mice have been gnawing at my hair. That’s not a haircut; that’s bodily injury.If I have to award stars, then minus 5 stars.
