We paid too much for the worst experience ever! We arrived at the pier at 10:30 am. Although there were long lines and boarding was supposed to start at 11 am with an 11:30 am departure, they didn't start boarding until 11:20 am and we departed at 12 pm. We paid extra for a table by a window which was dirty and above shoulder level. Because of large crowded tables, loud music, & poor acoustics, we couldn't carry on a conversation. This was an amazing experience! My wife and I celebrated our 17th year anniversary and City Cruises made it even more special than it already was. The service, DJ, and food were all top notch. Definitely recommended.

Amazing! I booked a cruise on the Odyssey for me and my wife (Premier Package) with a window seat. Absolutely blown away. The meals were awesome, I forgot to take pictures before digging into them. DJ Rich was great. He got almost everyone out of their seat and on the dance floor. Even me, and I don't know how to dance! The views were spectacular and the crew was super friendly and even acted as dance instructors throughout the night. It was incredible! Definitely recommend and we will be going again.

I had the absolute worst experience on the Odyssey cruise this past weekend. We were celebrating my family’s 20 year vowel renewal. We ordered drinks and it took over an hour to receive it. When we finally got served any food it was ice cold. My steak was over cooked and cold to the touch. My entire table had the same complaint and was told our food would be remade but it never came.
