Really feel like I paid hundreds of dollars for a headache. Once you have paid they really don’t care about your experience- We did the dinner cruise in June, 2026. The experience on board was ok. The food was slow to come out and the DJ played the music so low that none of us could hear it. The wait staff did their best to make it a nice evening but overall it did not feel festive. Booked the cruise for Saturday August 22, 2026 but I booked it July 29. Sunsequently after booking i received an email indicating that the cruise vessel has changed. When my group and I arrived at the indicated location we discovered it was the area on the wharf. That was never mentioned. When we spoke to the staff people present they were nice but had no answers but to call customer service.
