A wonderful cruise with extremely accommodating and helpful staff. Kevin, in particular, was a gentleman.
We were so excited to attend City Cruises DC Live Below Deck Night, but unfortunately, the experience did not match what was advertised. We were told this would be an all-inclusive cruise featuring a buffet, open bar, and live music/DJ. None of that turned out to be true. I was so excited for the Below Deck cruise and have been having the WORST experience. Pretty sure this is a scam. Ticket promised dinner, no dinner, ordered food for purchase, no food came. There was no view from our seat, no managers would come and talk to anyone on the second floor, just horrible. I will shout out the galley manager and wait staff who did their best, but the overall company was scammy, rude, and condescending.
Great service, nice ship. Food was not so good. If you do the buffet style lunch know you might eat cold and unappealing food. Dessert was bad.
