If only I could zero stars I would. Never have I felt so much disappointment and disrespect. Imagine not being let on board for a cruise I booked to be a highlight of my trip in Toronto. But resulting a team that did nothing to board me and my family. Spoke in another language while staring at us. If I would suggest don’t book here.
Fantastic tour, really worth the money, seeing Toronto by boat is quite something. Lots of photo opportunities and all the staff are extremely friendly. I want to give a shout out to our tour guide Shagar(hope I spelt it right) he was extremely pleasant and came with a sense of humour and a lot of knowledge.
Narrator’s accent hard to follow. Route was very good.
