If you want to enjoy a ride around the harbor, this is not it. Even though there's lots of marketing out this year encouraging locals to ride it like that. The water bus route and schedule changes every day at the whims of the captains and dock attendants depending on how busy they are. And if you dare asked them about it (ie. "What's the next stop" or "What's the slowest route I can take so I can enjoy being on the water longer" they will become very rude and snap back "This is a bus, not a cruise line". Purchased the Labor Day brunch cruise for my husband and I weeks ago. Took the day off of work and was looking forward to spending the day together. They canceled the cruise with less than a weeks notice. Now I have to wait for a refund and our plans were ruined.
