So let me say this the new manager that they have at city crossing apartments loves to send emails daily reminding you if you of rent , fees that they are going to charge if you leave trash , if you have items in your porch but when it comes down to fixing things in the units they are quick to say it’s been completed then turn around and leave you a voice mail stating there is nothing they can do to fix the floor that is lifting up !!!!! I live here now and the apartment itself is fine, but the staff is the real problem. They never pick up the phone—I’ve been calling for days and no answer. I work full time, so it’s not easy for me to stop by the office during their hours. The front gate has been broken for about a month, and nothing’s been done, so everyone has to use the back exit. Maintenance request takes forever, and they actually dont fix anything you are going to need to keep calling. The staff is horrible and a bunch of liars. Worst communication ever.
