After going on 9 years me and my son was asked to vacant the premises. What bothers me the most is not only is it in winter with snow storms but during a pandemic. I was told I would never have to move once I moved in. I LOST a lot of my belongings due to the continually flooding basement, and a rodent problem prior to moving. Whomever gets the home next I hope it will be nice to you. Even upon move in it wasn't only got worst with time. I pray for all those faced with evictions at this time. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Carl McDilda (Please forgive me if I have spelled the last name wrong) and Timmy. Both of them have been extremely gracious and accomodating. Their availablilty is the most impressvie. Timmy is a very patient gentleman. He went beyond the call of his duty to answered all my questions in detail and had also tried to find a solution to any concern I had.
