0 Star : My Experience While the repair quality was great, the experience was not. I took my vehicle in end of Feb, there was no indication how long the repairs would take, however at the time a few weeks seemed reasonable. There was a week delay due to parts, however after the part was received I was told to expect 3 additional weeks. After 3 weeks I requested an update, and was told "About 3 weeks" again. At this point my insurance rental coverage maxed out, so I was without a vehicle for 2 weeks. After the "final" 3 weeks... read more
