0 Star : My Experience I don’t think you guys care at all, but I will tell you that my car alignment is way off. I drove it off the lot and immediately turned around a brought it back to city collision to say it’s hooking really bad to the right. They said they ran all the test they don’t see anything wrong. I asked them to just drive it and you will see if you take your hand off the steering wheel. 5 Star : My Experience Staff is extremely friendly and informative! The car came back looking better than it did when I purchased it!! Can’t recommend this shop enough!

After the initial appraisal I was not contacted or updated on if there was additional damage under the bumper. I asked for a timeline of repairs and none was given, except maybes. I was also told I would be given a call back on two occasions and received no calls. Staff could not explain charges to me.
