1 Star : Likely to Recommend the repair is good but the communication is very much lacking, I do not know if you don't tell me. I do need my car and need to know what to expect. 5 Star : My Experience City Collision provides a thoughtful, concise and efficient process to getting your vehicle back on the road! They do not let insurance companies push them around and will take the necessary steps to get your vehicle back to factory condition.
