Business Owner Graduated from TSTC in Waco in 1988 Worked at a reputable auto-body shop here in Austin from 1988-1996 mastering all aspects of autobody repairs - techniques and specializing in frame repair. Went into sales of frame equipment from 1996-2003 for most of South/Central Texas. During this time, provided shops with service and education of frame equipment and trained technicians on all aspects of frame repair before opening City Collision in fall of 2003

Finishing Detail - Undone – City Collision is a good company, competent, honest, and generally does good work. I am concerned, however, in that when they replaced my front bumper on my BMW they did NOT connect the ambient sensor or the air duct to the brakes. These are not normally visible unless removing the bumper...which I did...and lo and behold...these were definitely not done correctly. I will no longer consider City Collision as my 1st priority for auto repair work. Details are important too!
Quick Body Work! When my new car was in a hail storm, I was lucky to have this place recommended to me. Not only was the work done quickly and satisfactorily, they handled everything with my insurance company.

Not only was the work done quickly and satisfactorily, they handled everything with my insurance company. The staff was very professional and helpful. I was even given a free rental car since the work was going to take longer than their projected one day timeframe. I would recommend them for any body work you need, especially if you have to deal with your insurance company.
