Call and tell them you want the address to send payments on principal. They will tell you that you can pay extra with your payments because the fee is the same. This is a lie. The interest rate is the same, not the fee. When you make payments to principal, separate from your regular payment, 0 dollar fee. So it's not the same. No good
I have been with this credit union for several years, but I did have a problem with money being pulled out of my account by a company I did not receognize. I called and complained and even went in. The manager was rude and assumed I owed money to a company that I forgot about. A few days later, another credit union member admitted that she has given a credit card company my account number, by accident, instead of hers. She apologized but I heard nothing from the bank at all.
As a County Employee, this place has been extremely helpful and good to me and my family. Great personalities and always willing to assist us.
